How long does it take to build my gauges?
All gauges are made to order based on your exact custom specifications.
Each one is hand-built with precision and care to ensure the highest quality possible—regardless of style or theme.
We appreciate your patience while we craft your custom gauges!
When will my order ship?
All items in your order ship together once the full set is complete.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What are your shipping policies?
We process and ship orders Monday–Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are handled on the next business day.
Domestic: Carrier and delivery speed are selected at checkout.
International: Shipped via DHL Express or FedEx Express.
Holidays we don’t ship: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Note: Domestic carriers do not deliver on weekends.
What is your return policy?
30-Day Refund Window: Return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
31–60 Days: Returns may be accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
After 60 Days: Returns are no longer accepted.
Note: Shipping fees and custom work are non-refundable.
What if I receive a defective product?
If your gauge is defective or fails through no fault of your own, we’ll repair it and return it to you free of charge.
